Dr. Kristin Williams is a 1996 graduate of Dartmouth College and a 2008 graduate of the Tufts-Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation from vet school she worked in the spirit of James Herriot, caring for all animals both large and small in Northern Maine and then Western NY for several years. She finally returned to her native state of CT in 2015, and has focused exclusively on small animals since that time.

Dr. Williams enjoys helping to provide animals with excellent care, including at-home euthanasia to keep patients as calm and peaceful as possible when end of life services are needed. She considers exceptional patient care and client communication to be of paramount importance.

When not at work, she can be found caring for her 2 trail horses, 2 Brown Swiss steer (named John and Henry by her husband and fellow large animal vet Dr. David Hernke), 3 dogs (including 2 springer spaniels) and 3 cats.
